We are an online retailer. There is no showroom, and the Lockwood Road address is where the business is based, not a shop or showroom. Everything is chosen and ordered online, so each product page is written to give you what you would otherwise check in a shop:
- Full sizes, including overall width, depth and height, and sleeping area or seat sizes where they are listed.
- Photos from the product gallery, with the corner side shown where it matters.
- Features, such as the click-clack mechanism, the pull-out sleeping area and the storage compartment.
- Lead time, shown as in stock or made to order.
- Ways to pay, listed on each page.
If something is not clear, you can message our team or email support@sofgo.co.uk. Messages are answered between 8am and 10pm, every day. You can also order by email: our delivery page says you can "email us and we will place the order for you".
Delivery and in-room assembly in Huddersfield and Kirklees
Delivery is free to most of mainland UK, and that includes Huddersfield and the rest of Kirklees, from Holmfirth and Marsden to Mirfield, Dewsbury and Batley. At checkout you choose between two free options:
- Delivery to your door. The sofa is dropped at your front door, and you unpack and set it up.
- Delivery plus assembly in the room you choose. It is carried in, built in the room of your choice, and the packaging is taken away.
Before the day, we text you a delivery date and a two-hour window. One cost to know about if you live in a flat: our delivery page lists a charge of £49 per order for the 1st to 4th floor without a lift, and £199 for the 5th to 12th floor. It is free on the ground floor or on any floor with a lift.

Sizing a sofa bed for Huddersfield homes
Plenty of Huddersfield living rooms are on the snug side, and older terraces often have a front door that opens straight into the room, a narrow hallway or a tight turn on the stairs. A few checks before you order save a lot of trouble:

- Pick the corner side carefully. Some models can be built left or right handed, and others are fixed. The product name says "Left Corner Only" or "Right Corner Only" where the side is fixed.
- Think about doors and radiators. In a through-lounge or a room with a chimney breast, the corner often has to go on one particular side.

How you can pay is listed on each product page. You can pay by debit or credit card or with Klarna (subject to eligibility and status) on all six. Clearpay is listed on all of them except the Dunbarrow, and pay on delivery (cash or bank transfer) on all of them except the Goldcrest Mini.
