Compact picks: under 225 cm wide
If you're working with an alcove, a narrow terrace front room or a flat, start with Linden Bay and Verity. At 213 cm and 222 cm wide, with a depth of about 1.3 m, they're the smallest corner sofa beds in the range. Both are £779 and both are listed as reversible, so you can choose which side the chaise goes on.
Things to know:
- A smaller footprint usually means a shorter chaise, so taller guests should check the listed sleeping area. Linden Bay's page lists a sleeping area of 168 × 132 cm.
- The Verity's chaise is listed at 70 cm wide and 91 cm deep, which is worth comparing with the width of your duvet when it's folded for storage.

Standard corners: 230 to 275 cm
This is the sweet spot for most UK living rooms.
- Goldcrest (£799) gives you a 260 cm run and a 150 cm chaise for £20 more than the compact models. If you have the wall space, you get noticeably more sofa for the money.
- Goldcrest Mini (£699) trims the width to 235 cm. Its page lists a storage compartment of 130 × 90 × 41 cm, which is one of the more generous boxes we list.
- The Mini corners (Fairhaven, Orrino, Hollingwood, from £1,299) are all 230 × 170 cm. They're shorter along the wall but deeper, with a 120 cm sofa-bed seat. Orrino is right corner only and Hollingwood is left corner only, so read the product name before you order. Orrino's listed seat height is 35 cm, lower than most, which some people love for lounging and others find harder to get up from.
- Fairhaven (£1,199) is the family option: 275 cm wide, 205 cm deep, with a listed sleeping area of 123 × 193 cm and a 12-month frame guarantee noted on the page.
When to go bigger: U-shape and electric
- U Shape Goldcrest (£999) has chaises at both ends and two storage compartments under the seat bases. At 352 cm wide, it needs a long wall or an open-plan space. If you regularly seat five or six people, it's worth the floor space. There's more in our U-shaped corner sofa bed guide.
- Gillingham Rise 3-Way Electronic (£1,299) is 310 × 156 cm. As an electronic model, it needs a socket nearby, so plan where the cable will run before you choose the side.
What's included in the price, and what isn't
The prices in this guide are each sofa's normal price in standard fabric. Delivery is free, whether it's left at your door or carried in and assembled in the room you choose, with the packaging taken away. The only optional extra is the Easy Clean fabric at £199. How to choose between them
- Measure the longest wall the sofa will sit against and the depth into the room. That rules out half the table straight away.

We don't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, Caithness and the far north of Scotland (KW postcodes), the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
