Delivery & installation
Every order is delivered by our own two-person teams. Pick the option that suits you at checkout. Delivery is free to most of mainland UK, whether you order one sofa or a full set; the charges below are per order.
Delivery to your door
Dropped at your front door, you unpack and set up. Free to most of mainland UK.
Delivery + assembly in the room you choose
We carry it in, build it in the room of your choice and take the packaging away — assembly is free.
How it works
- 1. Order online, or email us and we will place the order for you.
- 2. We text you a delivery date and a two-hour window.
- 3. Doorstep drop, or we carry it in, build it and take the packaging away.
Returns
- • Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us.
- • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- • We collect the sofa or bed from you — collection is free on faulty items.
- • Faulty or damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will repair, replace or collect.

Delivery charges
Free to most of mainland UK. Charges are per order, not per item, and sale discounts don't apply to them.
Red zone surcharge — £149 per order for postcode areas AB, DD, EX, FK, IV, KY, PH, PL, SA, TQ, TR.
Upper floors without a lift — £49 for the 1st–4th floor, £199 for the 5th–12th floor, per order. Free on the ground floor, or on any floor with a lift. Higher than the 12th floor with no lift? Please contact us before ordering.
Sorry, we don't deliver to Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish islands (including HS, ZE, Orkney, Skye, Arran, Bute, Cumbrae, Islay, Jura, Mull and the Small Isles), Caithness and the far north of Scotland (KW postcodes), the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
