Delivery is free to most of mainland UK — dropped at your door, or carried in and fully assembled in the room you choose. Some postcode areas have a £149 surcharge per order, upper floors without a lift cost £49–£199. We don't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, Caithness and the far north of Scotland (KW postcodes), the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly. In-stock items are booked in for quick delivery, usually within 1–7 days. Corner sofa beds with storage arrive in 2–5 weeks, and other made-to-order items in 12–15 weeks — the exact window is shown on each product page.

Yes, on the free assembly service we unwrap everything and take the packaging with us.

Stand facing the sofa. If the long chaise section is on your left it is a left corner; if it is on your right it is a right corner. You choose this on the product page and it costs the same either way.

Standard fabric is our soft-touch everyday fabric at the listed price. Easy Clean is a water and pet resistant weave that wipes clean — tough on paws, claws and spills. It is a fixed £199 upgrade on any sofa or bed.
