Terms & conditions
These terms explain how orders placed with SOFGO work and the rights available to UK consumers.
Last updated 25 September 2026
1. Who we are
SOFGO is a trading name of Pay Weekly Store Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13009183. Our registered office is 248 Lockwood Road, Huddersfield, England, HD1 3TG.
Contact us at support@sofgo.co.uk or through the on-site chat. We do not operate a customer phone line.
2. Orders and the contract
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the items in your basket. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send your order confirmation email. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Please check product choices, contact details, access information and delivery address before ordering. Product images may look slightly different because screens and lighting vary.
3. Prices and delivery
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT as shown. You can choose delivery to your door, or delivery + assembly in the room you choose; delivery is free to most of mainland UK.
Delivery charges are per order and are not reduced by any sale or discount: a red zone surcharge of £149 for postcode areas AB, DD, EX, FK, IV, KY, PH, PL, SA, TQ, TR; and, where there is no lift, £49 for the 1st–4th floor or £199 for the 5th–12th floor (free on the ground floor or with a lift). Any charge is shown at checkout before you pay. For higher than the 12th floor with no lift, contact us before ordering.
We don't deliver to Northern Ireland (BT), the Scottish islands, Caithness and the far north of Scotland (KW postcodes), the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Isles of Scilly.
The delivery estimate is the lead time shown on the product page and at checkout. We will text you with a delivery date and a two-hour window. Please make sure access is safe and clear.
4. Payment
You may pay in full by card through Stripe. Cash or bank transfer on delivery is available only when every item in the order is from In Stock Clearance.
Orders placed on an earlier payment plan continue on the terms agreed at checkout; contact us for a copy.
5. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns
You may cancel at any time before delivery. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may also cancel for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. Tell us by emailing support@sofgo.co.uk or using the on-site chat.
Standard colour, fabric and size choices from our range are not personalised goods and are not exempt. Only a genuinely bespoke item made to your own specification may be exempt, and we will tell you clearly before you order if that applies.
Return the item within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. For a change-of-mind return, SOFGO will confirm any collection cost with you before booking the collection. Keep the item in resaleable condition. We may reduce the refund if handling goes beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect it.
We refund within 14 days after receiving the item back, or after you provide evidence that it was sent back, using the original payment method. This includes the original standard delivery cost, which is currently free.

6. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are collected free.
You normally have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods. After that, you may be entitled to repair or replacement and, if that is unsuccessful or unavailable, a price reduction or refund. Please report delivery damage promptly and include photographs where possible; this helps us resolve it but does not remove your legal rights.
7. Responsibility and events outside our control
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer order.
If an event outside our reasonable control delays us, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the delay. If there is a substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel and receive a refund for goods not supplied.
8. Complaints and governing law
Email complaints to support@sofgo.co.uk. Include your order number and a clear description so we can investigate.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland keep the protection of their local mandatory laws and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
